
Body building supplements are taken to build muscle fast. It aids in the building of muscle mass or it causes fat loss. Glutamine, a form of amino acid is also supplemented by the bodybuilders to raise its level in the body. It is soluble in the water and compensates glutamine depleted as a result of workouts. There are other meal replacement products in the market that are taken for the purpose of muscle building. Some of the meal replacement products are calcium caseinate, whey protein and egg albumin.
Moreover other body building supplements include Prohormones, creatine, testosterone boosters and Hoodia diet pills. But most of these supplements are controversial. Their efficiency for muscle building is not clinically proved. Many of these supplements are partially or totally banned. Therefore it is always safe to go natural way for bodybuilding.
